Hey! I know how to do this!
Okay, first, go get yourself a little program called ResHacker. You can find it here. (Click "Download", it'll start immediately)
Now, unzip the ResHack folder so you can open the program. Once you've got it running, hit "File", click "Open". Navigate to your RKL folder, then the folder called "lang". You'll see... notihng. Click the drop-down box that says "Files of type" and click "All files".
Now you'll see something! The English language file! Double-click it, and ResHack will let you see all the text contained in there. Change it all to the language of choice, then resave it!
Done!
IMPORTANT: Only change the text actually visible in the menu!! Also, one you edit the text, you have to press "Compile Script". It will show a live preview of all your changes.
