Looking for two programs that mimick what the taskbar does.

The first program mimmicks the currently running processes by letting me be able to move the list to wherever I want. Also, I'd like for the currently open programs to be in another window. These two could be together or stand alone. Sidebar does this but I can't really separate the two from sidebar.
