Joining toolbar/titlebar

Is there a way, without having to install WindowsBlinds, that I can join the toolbar & titlebar on a PC?

Otherwise, will WindowsBlinds and Flyakite clash if I install WB?

There are two main options:

Use a program to hide it (like styler, or windowblinds)

or use a reg file to hide it (you can google this, there are a few out there but if you use styler toolbar this reg file will work http://www.aqua-soft.org/board/showthread.php?t=37493)
