I dont know, I had thought there was one on the link provided but, I must have read wrong. The site above talks about future plans and should hold public release dates, and Im pretty sure theyre still beta testing, so you can sign up there if your really want it

that thing was "research subject" two years ago. Expect at least two more years before seeing a working prototype - they are still searching for developers though: study OpenGL and you may have a way to get hold of a beta version
