Anyone know how I can remove the "Google" text from the search bar in FF 2 ?
I have everything I want done but I want that to be blank instead of saying "Google"
Any ideas?

Well I figured it out by going in there and editing the of the google xml file, I just changed it from Google to " " so it doesn't display anything in there...
Why get rid of the google text? weird...yep that seems the best way to do it with minimal effort i guess
How to you change the Google icon too? Also... can you get rid of the drop-down menu and only have it search google... and there seems to be a magnifying glass on the right... how do I get rid of that...?

Use URI kitchen to encode your own and replace the current one.
An easy way to get rid of the "Google" text is to click in the search bar text field.
I don't get what you are saying... I'm kinda new to this stuff... I get that last part but the first I don't.
