[help] Modifying Windows Tool Bar

:bow: im a **** here and i wanna know how can i get my xp windows tool bar to be like this:

it is awesome. and its almost the same as the mac's. i tryed to use this theme and the tool bar remains the same as the windowsxp style. plz help me with this. thanx`~~~~~~~~

Thats actually alilms finder, there should be a post around here somwhere with a link to it. Another way is y'z toolbar
