It's panther, and it looks like Kol's... but the buttons are on the left side... I'd like to know where that WB theme exists. It's not packs or anyone elses ive ever seen since it has the same buttons Kol used.

Could just be a shellwm skin with a hacked browselc.dll and yztoolbar skin. Or a mod of packs wb theme.
