How to create a shutdown shortcut

I want to use this shortcut command to ceate a shortcut that turns WinXP off

SHUTDOWN -s -t 01

which field do i put it in the pid shortcut?

Location: C:WindowsSystem32shutdown.exe

Parameters: -s -t 01

If it's not in C:WindowsSystem32, then it's in C:Windows.

^^ you might want to make a shortcut in the actual system32 folder, and have PIDL shortcut link to that.....i could never get parametered links to work in PIDL
