How to make NeXplorer look like Tiger Finder

How do i make NeXplorer have the *platinum theme like in the tiger release of os x? Anyone?

u cant. Nexplorer has a fixed skin, which means that windows doesnt skin it, it skins itself.

Can i Change the skin? I know you can because i have a Panther skin.. but i don't know how to do it myself, do i edit some pictures or something?

Yes, you can edit the skin yourself in Photoshop or some other graphics editor. Make a backup of the skin folder and tinker to your heart's content. Paint.NET is a good free program.

What files do I edit and how do i know exactly how to make it look like the colors in the Platinum skin that's coming out in OS X Leopard?

nobody knows what exactly leopard will look like, but i think their should be a "Skins" folder in the neXplorer program folder...in the program files folder...in your drive lol. But if your looking for a the platinum skin i think you are, try Steve Grenier's skin, Mac OS X Tiger. Google it, cause i don't have a link.

Yeah, but it sadly doesn't have a platinum one. it has a white platinum but not one like in the leopard The closest SKIN is Blitzr OS X Leopard 1.29 Skin.. anyway to get NeXplorer like this? 'cause everything except it fits into the skin...

It still is the best Finder clone that's not an Explorer mod . I remember, this was beautiful--I was in awe.

ohh, you mean smoothstripe....umm. well, change the extension of blitzr's skin from .wba to .zip, and then you can view the images inside and replace them with the ones in your skins folder
