How can I make the Icons in my Taskbar looks like the ones in OS X without using any software like fly a kite or objectbar because I personally think finderbar is better.. Please? does anyone have an idea?.. what does fly a kite use to change the taskbar icons, is it a seperate software?

There's a "taskbar" in OSX? You don't want to use any software, then reshacking them is your only way. This thread should get you started.

Is there a way to only make those icons in the upper right corner, near the clock to look like osx's? *bonk i mean SYSTEM TRAY icons..
If you don't want o use Fly-a-kite, then reshacking is the only other option I know of.
Search the forums for changing system tray icons. (ie. 'change volume icon')
