Task Bar Icon Change

Now I've seen this done before (or so i think i have). Does anyone know if u can customize your task bar icons?, if so how would i go about doing it?

Sure it's possible, with a bit of searching and a whole lot of reshacking.

EDIT: Mistakingly, I thought you meant to change systray icons, but that's not really the case, right? The procedure is still the same. Check the systemfile or application .exe/.dll for icons with reshacker, and then change them to your liking, one at a time.

You can find most of the systemfiles to hack by searching these boards, as well as the most common applications.
