[release] About This Mac (panther)

While Watching a movie and listening to Good Charlotte I figured "Ya know? I got the experience in Photoshop and I got me VB so why dont I try to earn a Developer badge!" So This is what came out...

Aqua controls are not supposed to be distributed around here so I rather that you don't release that app.

The program REQUIRES AquaControls; its not distributed with the program; i think
