itunes sync button?

so, after i sync my ipod, i usually have to do a little podcasting cleanup, then re-sync. the only (easy) way i can find to sync is to right-click on the on ipod (in devices in the right-hand pane) and select 'sync.'

anyone know of a plugin to add a sync button to the itunes interface? ( ::cough::localhost::cough:: )
