Problems with systemfonts on my MacBook

Hello to all,

I´ve a problem with the systemfont in a few applications. The font lines are so close together that some texts are unreadable. (Picture)

After the first time recognizing this, I changed one of the systemfonts with TinkerTool. But nothing changed.

Can anyone help me finding the mistake? Where or what font I have to change or where is the wrong setting.
