Flatstyle start menu

Evening everyone,

After checking out this thread, I decided to see if I could get Flatstyle-esque menus all over my setup.

I found an extension for Thunderbird and Firefox that provides the desired functionality here.

However, does anyone know how to add this functionality to MirandaIM and the regular WinXP start menu? I think it might be default on some systems, but not mine AFAIK.
