Good Logo Maker Website/Package

Hey everyone, i was wondering if anyone knew of any professional and good quality logo making websites/packages? Anything (free, pay, wtv) is good. I am kinda looking for a logo with something to do with a sun/lightbulb. if anyone can point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated

Well, I hate to market out one of the members here, but http://paralexlx.deviantart.com/ does freelance web and logo design.

Personally, I like it's stuff, but for people who have our parents pay for most things it's pricey. But, I don't think for proffesional stuff.
