HD icon in TSU's desktop

Hi, weel I think the title says it all , I just bought a mac like three months ago but macthemes has been closed for registrations ever since so I don't have any way to ask him myself( I tried DA but looks like he doesn't visit there anymore) it's this one in his last screenshot there:

At first I tought it was from CHUMS but this one looks a little diffrent altough it does look like something susumu would do.

@SirSmiley: as I sayed before I think that susumu made it because in his previous screenshot he used some folders made by susumu (at leaste that's what it sayed in the information), the folders look a lot like aqua candy revolution, and he HD looks like the one in CHUMS. Does anyone know if susumu is working on another icon set or something?
