Help needed with backing up Outlook email folders and settings
Thank you very much for your suggestion.
That was just like what I needed. However, if I am to choose between a manual backup and a automated one ( made by a software ) I would go
with the last one, because I'm not the "do it your self" type, and I'm afraid of the possibility of losing it if I don't do the backup just right. Too bad the OE Quick Backup has been discontinued.. Sounded like a nice application. However, after searching for similar software tools on the web I've found several , such as http://www.amicutilities.com/outlook-express-backup/
This look like my problem is solved.
Thank you!
check the Outlook Settings. there's probably something in there that backs up your messages. just wondering, do you have a security program installed on your pc? Windows XP usually comes with one so getting viruses on your pc is pretty rare.
