Making the "OS X starting up" window

I have created a Windows Media Video of the OSX starting up screen. Can anyone convert it into an animated gif?

If you're on windows, use either SUPER from erightsoft (google for it) or adobe imageready. I haven't tried doing it on SUPER but it can convert anything.
