Can someone combine these two for me?

i am a H-U-G-E New york rangers fan, and i love my old wallpaper i have.

i recently got a beautiful wooden floorboard wallpaper

i want to get the logo of the New York Rangers onto this wallpaper, to make it look like a sticker is on it...like a gymnasium floor in your local school.

Can someone do this for me? im relativly new to photoshop and i cant do it myself...
