Ken Burns Effect for Movie Maker 2

Unfortunately, Movie Maker 2 doesn't come with it like iMovie...I can't seem to find this anywhere. It's the effect that pans and zooms on still pictures; and I need it for a school project.

If you need it for a school project, then maybe you could download the trial of Rehan Pan Zoom effects (it works up to 15 days). If the project requires work for longer than that, uninstall the effects and then reinstall.
