I like reading maddox's stuff, even if it offends me sometimes. It's mostly humor and satire, he doesn't believe that strongly in the things he says, mostly to sell books and get readers.
This is out of context, but it is totally sharp:

I toally agree with this website! I like my mac, but I am not obsessed with it. Its not a human being! Alot of people need to get that through their heads. And the "Mac community" thing makes sense...but when I think about it, I dont understand where that name came from....

I don't see the big deal. From experience, I don't really care what OS I'm on anymore. I carry out the same tasks as if I was on OS X, Windows or Ubuntu. Like they say, it doesn't matter what you used or what you did to get the job done, as long as you got the job done...

It was hilarious to read because the guy obviously had no idea what the **** he was talking about. Maybe he should actually use a Mac at least once before he starts aimlessly bashing them and the users.

Honestly, the Mac life adds annoy the crap outta me minus the ipod commercials. Those are wonderful. Otherwise, Mac, Windows, Linux are all good OS. They all have kinks, but I use them all anyway.
I find Linux to be the most annoying and user-unfriendly OS I've used, Windows to be OK, but probably only because I've been using it for a long time, and OS X to be the most simple, but powerful and easy to use OS I've used yet.
You guys do realize you're holding a serious discussion about Maddox. Over a post from 4 months ago.
