- Detachment: If you can't see a debate from both sides, you can't be a mod.
- Honesty: If you can't communicate truthfully, you can't be a mod.
- Stability: If you're bat****, you can't be a mod.
- Mellowness: If you're prone to display passion, you can't be a mod.
- Experience: If you can't feel your forum, you can't be a mod.
How mods are selected:
