Exporting add-ons in Firefox

I'm about to reinstall system, i'm in a mess, sorry if theres already explanation around.

please help me out how to export all adons i have so i can't bring them all back when i install new system and new firefox.

Firefox Extension Backup Extension But it looks like it's only for FX 1.5. But you can maybe fix that if you download the xpi-file and extract it and change the minimum browser version in the install.rdf-file.

type in %appdata% into the explorer address bar, copy the mozilla folder, reformat, install firefox, paste the mozilla folder back in %appdata% and it should load with all of your settings. If it does not work, copy all the files from the folder which is in MozillaFirefoxprofiles to the new folder created by firefox in this reboot.

the temp files for internet browsing are stored in another folder, along with the cookies, so it won't be exactly the same but close enough.
