Aqua-Soft ForumsA while ago I tried playing some 5.1 aac/m4a in iTunes with no success. I was just burning a few dts cds so thought I'd give it another try. After messing with beSweet and the like, I tried converting the dts wavs directly to mp4 in Foobar with the Nero AAC converter. In the Foobar preferences, I made a new converter preset with Nero (MP4) at 512kbps CBR (dts wavs are 1411kbps so I wanted to retain as much sonic quality as possible w/o using too much disk space). After loading a few wavs and converting, I dropped them on iTunes and they played perfectly in 5.1 sound. The only problem is that album art won't stick.
