Installing the Desktop Grabber Desklet

How can I get the Desktop Grabber Desklet to work?

I have run the register.bat thing and I still can't figure out what to do. Can someone run me through step-by-step what I have to do?

Edit: I can't seem to install anything at all on avedesk, what the hell?
