Minimizing FF & TB

Hey everyone. I've searched here and over at osx-e to but haven't been able to find a solution to my problem. While running ObjectBar, when I minimize Firefox or Thunderbird they minimize to the task bar instead of the dock. They work fine when I'm not running ObjectBar, and it only happens to these two programs so far. This is what I have installed:

FlyakiteOSX 3.5

Windowblinds 5 with the Tiger OSX theme by Steve Grenier
