What is this dock program?

Hey I was browing March 'o7 Desktops And one of the guys had a Quick/Dock luncherer thing:Click Here My Desktop sucks and I hate the akwardness of XP's icons.

Does anyone know what it is s/hes useing, or somthing simular?

Hey does anyone know how to Remove the [Recycling Bin] Icon from the desktop? or at least hide it?

Use TweakUI, it's an XP powertoy. It also has several other useful features.

If you're trying to hide all your desktop icons, you could right-click on your desktop, go to 'Arrange icons by' and untick 'Show Desktop Icons'.

or start/run/gpedit.msc....one of the settings in there under desktop controls whether the bin is shown or not.
