Lol. I saw that same Microsoft site a couple of weeks ago. "XDeskSoft"? - a play on "Microsoft"?

Wow..its so serious its not funny about how people rip each other off...I wish there was a way to take legal action against stuff like this..but I dont know if Creative Commons is involved with this one, or if the person who ripped could ever get in trouble, since they did not exactly copy everything off of the Microsoft site (they would have had to copy the text, logo and stuff I believe)...
