I know that the iPod uses it, but I didn't realize it was a font, per se.
I second this request, I'd like the font too 
I'm pretty sure it's a payware font... but i think it's a lot like, if not based on, some of the Myriad ones if you want something similar.
Anyway Chicago from the old b&w iPods is so much cooler

I tried to use it in iTunes; didn't work. Opened the font file, completely blank.

i set it to that with iPW, but its completely blank. moving on...
i used it and it works fine.

look, don't take this as a put-down...
it seems to me that the ipw software is beyond your grasp. maybe you should quit while you're ahead and before you totally hose your ipod. i'm not saying you're dumb. just that, for whatever reason, you're just not getting the way the software works, that's all.
but i do understand...i know what i'm doing. it's just that the font doesn't seem to work! all of my other ones work, but why doesn't this particular font work? my iPod is fine, customized to exactly how i want it, and i just need the final touch...this font. that's it. i'm not modding anything else unless i want to just change themes...
okay, cool. i wish i could help you with the font thing, but i don't know what to tell you. don't convert it. it just works.
how come it works for you? you're using 5G right? I'm doing it the right way (Font Tab>OTF Fonts>Index 1>Make Font. i choose Podium, no luck...
