don't quite understand yer post... do you want what's "inside" the balloon, and what the arrow is "pointing" to? or just the sketches?

Steve probably drew those in Keynote. And how is this a Wallpaper?

i only want:...

1. the sketch of "balloon" not what's "inside" the balloon; and...

2. the sketch of "arrow" not what the arrow is "pointing" to...

You can easy draw some yourself.

You can't see it, but there's an image there of the white bubble and arrow.
