I was always a Fan of the OSX look, but as a Windows User i could only customize my system to look like an Apple

Im a member of a german OPK gaming clan. (OPK is a BF2 mod; Operation Peacekeeper)

When we are not in Teamspeak while playing we use xFire to chat. But all xFire skins were ugly as hell in my eyes. Most them doesnt fit into my desktop.

So i decided to make my own .

I asked xxxFanta for permission to mod his CleanX skin.

Whats your opinion of my skin? Do you like it?

Not bad, but Buttons are a bit square. Close, Minimize, and Maximize buttons are way to close.

I think theres to much empty space on the bottom of the chat window.

Some brushing defects on the right.

The Info Expand Bar on the right could use a reskining.

As well as the, selected Icons, IE. Servers/Friends/Downloads

Maybe give it more of an aqua feel?

Just my suggestions.

Also, do the font colors change on the CleanX skin, if not you might want to make them?

Thx for Viewing! The Skin is still in a very early state.

Im still on work with the thing. Spaces between Minimize, Max and Close Buttons will come, also a new look for the InGameSkin and the InfoSkin.

@Akira : Where are the defects? Can you show me?

And for the Chat, Servers, etc Buttons, give me some examples, please. I need ideas!

It looks like the pattern ended, because the lines are not matching up.

Ah, now i know what you mean. Its because the skin is build from lots of small pics. On the right and left side the pictures i made a mistake while copying the texture into the pictures. Unfortunally im not at home right now, so i cant fix it. Thanks a lot for your help. I will release a beta here on wednesday.

Yea, figured as much.

I'd used that skin to make an msn style for private use.

But cause of that the gradient's looked messed up.

Im sorry for the beta release of the skin. At the moment theres no time for skinning. There will be a release but i cant say when, sorry again.
