Edit forum description and sticky thread design problem

Hello,

I have two questions concerning the layout. I would like to modify two thins, but i don't know where...

1) Where can i edit the forum description and title displayed at the top of each forum browsed? Which layout file is it?

2) Why do i have a strange forum display once i post a sticky thread? Look in this forum, there is a sticky but nothing wrong. In mine, when i sticky a thread, i then have a dark grey bar with "author" "last response" etc, and i don't like. Even worse, the columns title don't fit the content

PS: As a third question, if anyone knows, i would like to edit the order of appearance of the buttons in the editor. In fact i added some buttons via the admin control panel but they are displayed at the end of the editor. They are quite important and useful for messages layout so i would like to put them near the bold and italic images. Where can i edit that?

2) All right, i managed to repair that. I added a hack and it seems that caused the problem. I remove the hack and it's alright now.

But help for the 2 other questions is welcome
