The answer is NO, as far as i know they're built-in as Notebook
if there's only 1 chip to put on, i'm a fine pitch specialist i'll do it for free but

the answer is simple, upgrade your RAM if you haven't already- you can have up to 2gb (I think).
Make sure its the fastest ram u can get- others can help you there.
... to my knowledge, mac mini's dont actually have a graphics card- they borrow from the system's memory.
thats what allows the mini to be so... mini.... graphics card = space consumption.
The intel macs borrow from the sytem memory as they utilise the new Intel graphics chipset (Intel GMA950), which used a portion of main memory. Though reported as a 64 MB graphics system, the chipset actually used a minimum of 80 MB of RAM, resulting in a maximum of 432 MB of RAM available for system use in the base system
Earlier Minis (G4s) used ATI Radeon 9200 4X AGP 32mb.
