Making OS X based site (Looking for Staff)

Alrght I have got this url (http://share2.us) I have got PHP and all that good stuff and I am looking for a staff of people that can code and make graphics.

I personally know HTML - CSS - PHP and I can make graphics.

I am looking for someone who knows:

-Javascript

-Graphics, etc. (IE Photoshop stuff/Layouts/Templates)

-Web based stuff (IE HTML/CSS/etc.)

I have got a lot of good ideas and if you contact me I would talk about them with you if you were interested in making a site together.

I am looking for about 2-3 other people for the Team.

EDIT: I suppose that I am going to do this project myself, but when you all see what I have done you will be amazed. BEST OS X EMULATION SITE ON THE NET! This is so good and I will be releasing it in about a week or 2. I have to finish up.

I was going to help the kid out, until he showed me what he was working on. It's basically a rip of Flyakite's site. I told him we needed unique, never seen designs to impress people. But he was pretty well stuck on the idea of a Mac dekstop as the design.

that metallicamaster3 does not know anything, he didnt even know how to use an ftp program... im not saying this to dis on him but please this is an example of someone who needs more experience before coming to me to do a project like this. This is going to be a very deep project so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not come to me telling me you know javascript when you really dont.

i was able to detect that he didnt know within the first 5 minutes.
