ok, so i have 2 problems that i want to solve.
first : i want to remove the tinny icon from the explore winodows
second : fix the time and the search icon in the taskbar(in visual style packs they post some screenshots but never tell how to fix :| )

If you create a blank ico icon and then use iCandy to replace the icon.
Can you expand what you mean by time and search icon? Do you want to replace it or change it in some way?
it`s a bug..the time is over the search icon..it`s supposed to be more to the left, the time.

i have tclock..lol
You don't know how to use tclock?
let say i don`t if i can't make it look nice.
i just need the setting that will make the clock go to the left, as for the little search icon to be visible.
You can actually fix the search/time issue in the VS itself by adjusting the content margins of the clock area (i'm recalling how I fixed it). If you want, I'll try and dig out the setting I changed and the values I changed it to.
Or, you can use tclock to adjust the clock area:
In Tclock properties -> Clock -> Size and Position, adjust the "Arrangement of size" to something wider. Then, make the clock alignment left or center so it gets away from the search icon.
