Run Active Content issue on IE

Hey everyone,

I've had a lot of success with creating a website for a client and finding many answers to issues I've had, on the web and through this forum. So I request your help once again.

I've built a website that runs well on every browser I've tested it on except for one issue with IE "Active X Control" warning with interactive Flash content. I've tested a few javascripts that get rid of the warning but still have an issue and was trying to trouble shoot the problem.

I've gotten rid of the warning and the grey box but the page needs to be refreshed once after intial download, in order to work properly.

The issue seems to be the iFrame I have the content viewed in. It cuts of the users view and centers the site in the middle of the browser window in order to produce the illusion I'm look to create. If the page is viewed with out the iFrame it works flawlessly. However I need the iFrame there, to get the look I require.

How do I get rid of the additional need to refresh the content? I'm currently using the "reactivex.js" Would swfobject.js work better?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

might be a local issue with your pc. i don't get any errors in ff2.0 or ie7.

Well, what version of Internet Explorer are you using, PDidee? It may be an IE6 problem, and shmengie is using IE7...

Work PC huh... sounds like you may have a domain based IE security policy that is causing your problems.

Just tested it on a coworkers machine running IE 6 and it works fine. Maybe there's somethin' wrong with my IE installation.
