go to hardwaregeeks and you will find it there.
sorry, i think you misunderstood me andy, i found the file on hardwaregeeks but there is no "download file" link. I tried some vstyles on the site and they have the link. I was hoping another site would have the file, i searched google but with no luck.
I too can't download from their site, especially not the snow.e2 shell32.dll.
I do find the download page, but can't find the/a link.

Came home from work and walked against the same problem.
What you must do when you read further on the site is to register first, after that you can download anything you like
found the solution and the file in about 3 minutes (i'm quite slow, i know, LOL)
HOW you non search button users learn to use it if you went to HWG you didnt LOOK very hard !!
just did a search shell32 BOOM what did i fined
aha, *d'oh* thats better, download links a plenty. thanks dude
[/sarcasm] Thank you all for being so *really* helpful [/sarcasm off].
Lets see: one of you told me to register. Oh great! Thank you for sharing an unbelievable insight into something no one else could find out! (hhhmmmm... maybe the sarcasm flag was switched off too early). I do appreciate that you wanted to help, but I would have welcomed something rather "Please remember that you have to register" or something like that. I *AM* registered at HWG. Instead, you wrote "What you must do when you read further on the site is to register first, after that you can download anything you like[.] [F](f)ound the solution and the file in about 3 minutes (i'm quite slow, i know, LOL) ". Thanks for telling me that you consider me not being able to read nor willin to read. It's appreciated.
Second, I *DO* know how to use a search button, imagine that! But... that link is down. Unbelievable, a link posted by you is down! How can that happen.
What I did was trying to download with:
OS: Win XP SP1
Java: SUN Java (release from April, dont aske the number) AND Microsoft VM
Firewall: Enabled AND Disabled
Browser: Opera 7.01, Phoenix 0.5d, IE 6 non-sp, Mozilla 1.3
And you tell me to rregister and search. Great. And yes, i do know there is a link for the latest hotfixed shell32.dll, but its not GrandMufti nor Pete Ross, so I would rather wait for a relase by them.
Have fun,
McTrinsic
(OK, now that I have vented I feel better. I didn't plan to insult anyone, but felt actually insulted. Sorry.)

Well, do i have to smell all that?,
When you've told us that before in your first reply, then we've would find another answer for you or anyone who is also not satisfied with some replies here.
I had the same experience as you, No link on download page, then i register, then their came a link, now you tell me what does'nt fit in this picture.
No you don't have to smell that.
Sorry for sounding harsh, really.
What upset me a bit is that you and DV answered in a way which sounded pretty elitist. I apologize for not providing the whole bunch of info before. But, please read your answers as if they had be written to you and think about it again.
Have fun,

McTrinsic\ lexdiamonds...I have Peteross version PM me later tonight unless you want to wait for a link dont want to step on anyones toes just help out
Thank you very much for your help, Ghostwalker.
In the meantime I have been able to download the SP1- versions from the downloads page: from an old WinNT 4.0 PC w/ IE 5.
Since I won't be here during the weekend I can't PM you later anyways.
But still, your help is appreciated
Have fun,
McTrinsic
A member of the "elite" is the last thing i am.
I only had the intention to help some people, not to pretend like i am better then anyone.
So if you had that idea of me, i,m sorry.
So let us stop now and go ontopic further.

Ok, I clicked that link ^-^ and tried both dl links on that page (both left- and right-clicking), but neither of them worked! Anyone know if that's just a temporary problem or for some other reason? Also, what would be the problems of me using this apparently SP1 shell32 on my non-SP1 XP?
