iZoom effectlet

Hi all,

Sorry if this has been posted before or if there is already such a thing. I did some searching but could not find an answer. I was wondering if there is an effectlet that acts the same way as the iZoom effect on the UberIcon app (http://www.punksoftware.com/ubericon) for AveDesk? I would just use UberIcon but this only works with Windows desktop icons. I only have PidlShortcuts on my desktop and want the same effect when clicking on them. Is this available already? If so, can you please point me to the right direction? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
