What's the name of the app to alter the left sidebar of the Explorer window?

Alright I dont know what it is called, I had to reinstall windows and lost all my apps. I got just about everything except the thing where when you have an open window where it says like the details and stuff. Its like the thing on the left of the window.

What is it called and where can i get it.

umm... i think what you want is to go to tools>folder options>show common tasks in folders? maybe? i think that's what you mean.

its the thing where you can select the applications, music, etc folder. i know i can get this app because i see it in pics around here and i used to have it. i just cant remember the name.
