Xero Status Icons

Just like the title says, can any helpful mac owner help a fellow customizer out and extract the status icons from the Xero iChat app skin? If you could post it here in a .ico format that'd be great

EDIT: It seems that the .tiff files don't play nice with Miranda. I'm not a huge image manipulator at all, so do you think you could provide these in 16x16 .ico?
