Stockholm Adium style for Miranda IEView

Hello to everyone. Been around AS for some time now, yet this is my first post. I post this request as I've been looking for a port of Stockholm Style (Adium) for Miranda IEView and, sadly, I believe there is none to be found. I really think this style looks very nice, yet there is no port for Miranda, to my knowledge (and I've googled quite exhaustively...). My question is, since I lack the required programming knowledge myself, could someone try to make a port of the Stockholm theme for Miranda IEView? I believe it would make for a very nice, elegant theme (pureplastics is similar to it, but it lacks the finishing touches...). Thank you. Here's the link and a screenie of it in action.

Here is Plastics Mod. Try it out. It is very similar to Stockholm style.

Thanks for the suggestion. However, I am familiar with the Plastics Mod and Pure Plastics themes (to be honest, I find the Pure Plastics theme more similar to the Stockholm one). Yet these are ports of older Adium themes, from what I gather:

The fact is, while these look nice, the Stockholm one looks way better in my opinion. That's why I thought maybe someone skilled enough would see the point in making a port for Miranda (as a sidenote, while there are quite many IEView themes for Miranda, only precious few are really "well done". The Stockholm one would fit the bill: nice and to the point). I know, it's just details, but, as they say, God is in the details, after all.

Thanks. Sorry for that. I just thought I posted in the wrong section initially.

You did, hehe. I moved that for you ;). -NC

Time for a new approach. While I still hope the creators of those wonderful ports such as pushpin, veneer, satin, bigicons, will see the potential of this style, I'll try to put the theme together myself in the meantime, even if I'm rather unfamiliar with creating ieview themes. Nevertheless, I'm very much determined to reach a 1:1 look-alike. All those who can shed any light on creating ieview themes, please feel welcome to post any useful info. All help is appreciated. Cheers.

For all those interested in this message window style: I've managed to get to the point where I have a "pixel-perfect" version of the Stockholm message window skin. Just for personal use at this point, haven't tried to obtain permission for a public release yet. Screenshots soon.

As promised, here's a screenshot of the progress I've made so far. It's been hell because all I had to work from were 2 screenshots and the png files extracted from the Adium theme. Also, I hadn't messed with .ivt files prior to this. I arrived at this result using a pre-existent theme, the pureplastics one, by heavily and painstakingly modifying it. So, after a good two weeks of let's-see-what-happens-if-I-change-this-entry-here, I can say I'm pretty pleased with the outcome. There are still some improvements to be made here and there, but overall I believe I'm close to a 1:1 replica. I've kept the time view in the grouped messages because I like to have that. Of course, it can be got rid of. Opinions are welcome.

Great progress. It's looking really good. :D I can't wait to try it.

What's the current status of this?
