A good Wireless Network Manager for a new Ubuntu user

Hey, I'm a new Ubuntu user. Well not really that new, but I haven't used it much since I run on a Wireless Network. My new Wireless Card should be coming soon, but are there any good wireless Networking managers for Ubuntu? Something that sort or makes it simple and easy like connecting to a Wireless Network on Windows XP?
