2 dock icons for Equis software

Hi

i wanna ask You all for some time spend on doing 2 dock icons.

The programs(all in one package from equis software) are:

-Metactock - chart generator for stock analysis

-The Downloader - a small app to update the DB of metastock

the (ugly )originals are:

i would be really grateful for replacements. I dont have a particular style to request, but i do like gant

I've seen a payware icon somewhere but, nothing free. Do a search for Edison's "Universal Stock Ticker".

There's quite a bit of detail to replicate. Maybe a cut out would suffice?
