Window Transparency Blues

.... show only the active window as opaque and all others on screen as transparent. Does such a tool exist? I have all the normal utils that allow setting transparency but I want global with the choice of exclusions for certain apps.

I've found millions of transparency utils but none that do what I want :rant:

... I just downloaded it again, configured it and now the blasted thing works!
