What Quicktime 8 would look like?!

Hey Guys,

I just did some Photoshop-work to create an image that shows the new quicktime 8. This is how I imagine what Quicktime 8 would look like on OS X Tiger. I know that this is not very good work but I just wanted to show you what I'd expect a new from Quicktime 8 style:

I don't think the controls will be on screen, because it's a video player and not just a window with video content like in iTunes. (I hope there won't be on screen controls )

what would be cool, is if the controls slid out from under the video when it was hovered over. But apple doesn't really work that way...

I did this short Animation about "Quicktime 8" with After Effects including a cool closing effect. Hope you like it!

@duyvan82: I didn't fix the "Happyness" because I didn't want to edit my picture in Photoshop again. This time I only used After Effects ^^

That's a great mock-up, but I don't really like Quicktime's UI. I hated the mini players in Windows, but I love the mini players in OS X. Maybe Quicktime's main UI should be more like the crystal-like mini players in OS X.

Actually, there's an app for OS X that lets you rip DVD content, which SHOULD be considered legal...but in this case, you're right, since that movie isn't out on DVD yet. Either that, or he just used an image from the movie for the mock.
