Alternative to the traybar?

Hi there (:

After much searching, i have given up. This must be the last hope. ^^

Is there some way i can get my traybar/trayicons below the "windowline", in the "always visible" area"?

(Without the windows-bar, cause thats hidden)

The Horisontal line i drew is where maximized windows stop. Below is always visible, and the circles in the corners is where it would be nice to have the tray. (:

I don't really know what it is you are wanting but if you are wanting the windows to be the full size of the screen then do this:

Right click your taskbar then go to properties then select auto hide taskbar simple.

If it is a gap you want just don't maximize your windows then re-size to what you want.
