Firstly I need to take the shortcut icon out (the arrow)
Secondly I need to take Recycle Bin away (tried deleting it)
I need a Finderbar thats actually free, Finderbar when I installed i there's a bug. It's like when you open other windows it just goes blurry.
Genie effect when minimising without Windows FX.

ahmm... sorry for hijacking the thread a bit .. but i was just wondering... ahmm... how do u get the desktop icons to show so nice and big? (apart from "right click and then properties/appearance/advanced/icon" and changing the icon size - cos that messes up the start menu icon sizes as well!) ..
and in the same vein.. how can the icons in the explorer (my computer) be made larger?

Not willing to show off but just show what's possible on a pc and answer people's question like "How do you get this?". The genie effect can be downloaded as a plugin (Aladdin's lapm effect) for rklauncher but I don't find it convincing because too slow (Geforce 6800 256Mo Ddr+1Go ram XP Dx9c). You can change the icon size with styler (also for toolbar and gui enhancement; gui, shadow, wallpaper,...).

.. thnx for the tip ... well.. guess i have to install avedesk and check it out.. im kind of muddling my way around installing avedesk 2 ...it's not working for some reason ... and there are far less files in the rar archive (Avedesk2preview.rar) than there were in the Avedesk1.3 rar folder.. so... it's kind of a bummer...
havent managed to get avedesk2 working.. i unrared the avedesk2preview.rar contents into c:program filesavedesk and unrared the other archives as well (pidlshortcut in the pidlshortcut dir ..widget dock in teh widgetdock dir ... etc) ... havent managed to get avedesk2 working.. keeps giving an error when i try to run avedesk ... anyways... will tinker around with it when i have more time ... if u have a quick word or two about it ... thnx... or else i'll figure it out later on ...

thnx manuite.. ahmm... but styler pretty much does the same thing that right click on desktop - properties/appearance/advanced/icon does ... as i had mentioned earlier...
the problem with increasing the icon size like that is that it increases the start menu size accordingly and it becomes huge ... and quite ugly ... ... but thnx for that anyways..
