Very, very sorry. The program I listed previously wasn't the program I used before. Here is the program I use. It's called Change Folder Icons, and it CAN change drive icons. Your computer must be restarted for the change to appear though. Sorry about that guys. It doesn't list being compatible with XP but I gaurantee it is because I use it.
