Windows Fax and Picture Viewer PNG

Basically, PNG transparency gets messed up in Fax and Picture Viewer (Turns black). This just started about an hour ago.

The only thing I remember doing is changing the default open with app for PNG to Photoshop, then I restored it back to default.

Can someone help me fix this problem?

The first thing i would do is run system errors check... update ur graphic driver then complete shut down & restart
